Best anime/manga based video game?

The Naruto Storm revolution games are about as good as they get for a anime game. Most are just button mashing games that don't have much behind them.
 
Totally agree with DS, the Naruto game franchises were amazing. It was a subtle blend of anime and gaming that flowed well together. The only other one I can think of that might compare to it would be the Dragon Ball Z games.

I'm curious to see how the new Dragon Ball looks.

the later DBZ games were good, the first ones were kind of meh to play.
 
There's a cool game for the PS Vita called Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment. It's based on the anime Sword Art Online. Both the game and the anime are pretty awesome.
 
Steins;Gate.......I was a bit surprised when I came to know that this was based on a game, as it is my 3rd/4th favourite anime, and is among the highest rated anime's of recent times.....
