Being a parent is hard

i was asked to trust my niece on her decisions.
i don't like it but she would cut me from her life and i don't want that. why is everything is hard? does teenage hormones extend beyond that age?
 
Most tend to grow up and realize how much of a fool they acted during their teenage years. I did some dumb stuff myself but I still kept myself check from doing anything extremely dumb.

i think the same too.
but i have never done anything that would cost me my life or drag me down later. these kids don't take life seriously
 
Sorry man.
That must have been hard but you should remember your childhood too and how you have felt at that time.
 
Maybe its just because of location but everyone here seems to go through that phase.

Hey it's nice of you to accept her wishes and I think that adolescence affects everyone differently, similar in many ways but also differently in many other ways. I think that some main factors to consider would be the life that they are going through and the things that they have been through.

i think the same too but when you have to deal with it, it's not pleasant.
i will just stop whining about it and it's a done deal and i won't be able to change her mind.

I won't pretend to know what it's like but not that you have taken this step..you can keep an eye from afar just incase. Also take care of urself more..try to let go of some of that stress chick

i don't know how it started and i just wanted my sister to be proud of me at first but i started liking her a lot

Get to know even your worst enemy and you might have a change of heart :)  I'm sure hun that your sister would be very proud of you..regardless of what you may think you are trying and haven't given up like some biological parents would these days. she is the only constant presence in my life for so long.
i can't think of my life without her and it's not a choice as i made it out to be. i will agree to anything she wants but i give want her to know that and i want her to be happy after i am gone

Take it slow hun. Things will work out..I'm sure that she loves you as well and soon she will realize that you just want what's best for her :)
