Asuma, Gai and Kakashi

i want to say gai.
he got deep respect from lee and he is very caring. unlike kakashi he is not special but he gives his best for everything
 
I don't think we got a lot of how Asuma approaches teaching and to be honest I prefer Kakashi, he made an absolute idiot like Naruto learn a lot of stuff and that's pretty challenging. Even he's said that he'd rather teach Naruto because Sasuke learns everything quickly.

Well at least we can probe Asuma's teaching from how good his team doing their teamwork
 
Asuma was the better teacher as he raised his team to be balanced and well working. Where as Kakashi failed to properly look after his students, something he admits himself. Guy was a good teacher but it seems he focused mostly on Lee and pushed Lee to the point that he nearly lost his career.

Granted they are all good teachers, but I would go with Asuma over them.
