I pretty much watched this anime on title alone, thinking it would have some great stealth action and great scenes, sadly not much of that can be found in this anime. Just a bratty teenage girl who does manage to be impressive at times with decent action here and there with lots of confusing scenes and storyline.

With this one, I recommend passing on it.
