Well, I usually skip them a lot.
I don't see any story progress in them and I don't see the point of watching them.

I don't assign importance to story progression if whatever I watch is fun or entertaining.

How did me talking about being entertained or having fun turn into me leering 2D anime girls. Besides, fan service can be enjoyed by girls too.

i haven't said that
i am talking and swimsuits if anime characters. they don't do much for girls
 
That's very odd
I don't see anything wrong with skipping them and usually it doesn't have much story and it saves time
 
There is nothing to laugh or tease man.
If you like it, you can watch it. Otherwise you can just ignore it or skip it.

I'll admit not all the filler was great, but a lot of the later single episode ones were great and should be watched and the last two filler arcs were far better than the last main arc the anime aired.

They are not talking about any specific anime, Demon quoted from the wrong thread and I think Blackangel got confused. There's no anime called beach and they are indeed discussing staples of anime.
