So what do you guys think?
Do you have any series that you liked the spinoffs more than the original series?
If so, do let us know more about it.

Log Horizon isn't a spinoff but I have watched it yes.

I loved when Fuuka blew a guy’s head off with a grenade launcher from only a few meters away.

The entire series had a lot of energy and personality sorely lacking in the main series. The most frustrating thing in the latter for me was characters sitting around and narrating the lore or every season having a major event being triggered by women getting molested. Kirito is also a cardboard.

Log Horizon is just better in every way.

lol thanks for agreeing with me
and you are right but people think we should give credit for sao for starting the iseka trend.

That was done by .hack..

Dunbine came out several years before .Hack, and Magic Knight Rayearth is pretty old too. I’m trying to remember the first video game one, but it’s older than .Hack.

SAO did start the current boom in the genre tho.

SAO without a doubt accelerated the trend I just didn't wanna give it credit because I'm petty.

lol no you are not
i hate it too and i am sure people call me things but i hate sao with passion

It's up to the individual and nothing more.
There are too many things and we can't know all of them and I am sure we wouldn't want to accept a few things.
