Annoying smirking faces in anime

Well, I believe all the antagonists are quite mean.
I can't say that those characters are annoying

All manga are fun to read as long as the story is interesting.

Smirking makes people look evil.
I do believe that, people should be pleasant but it adds the character a little more personality when they are on the antagonist's side

And there is also unwritten dialouge within smirking, just like smiling, there is lot of meaning behind it

there is no way those look ugly and they run the manga for that.
