Annoying plot in action genre

It's like this..

The friend of main protagonist get captured and brainwashed, main protagonist and his friend must face each other in a fight, one sided battle happens, the main protagonist become sand bag because of not fighting back, main protagonist keep preaching about 'remember, open your eyes', the friend of main protagonist awake from the words, they turn against the bad guy

Yea.. somehow this is so ugh for me

My least favorite is when the MC gets his ass beat the entire fight, and then at the end magically levels up. Or worse, magically learns the same ability as the bad guy at the last minute and uses that to defeat him.

Also, all powerful and invincible Godlike female and male characters whom no one can beat and can't die.
