I am not referring to the dropped anime in your list.
This is related to an anime, which you haven't watched so far. As for me, I can't really think of any. What about you guys?
 
Anything really mainstream. I know they're loved for a reason but in my mind i don't want to disappoint myself with it if i don't enjoy it.

they are being liked by many because they got something to offer. just watch the first three episodes and then make your decision

It's the same with any TV show or Manga or book. I don't want to watch them but that's just me, i'm weird

that's cool lol
and if given an option i would go with anime. but my genre doesn't get too many anime adaptations and i am forced to read manga or novel lol
