Being high in vocabulary isn't a bad thing. Kipper the dog is high in vocabulary and it's aimed at 2 year olds my daughter is 2 1/2 she watches masha and the bear in both english and spanish also high vocabulary. As for speed everyone outside of the southeastern region of the US talks fast to my ear. My father is from Puerto Rico when he is speaking spanish it's like lighting. When my Creole wife gets mad at me it's machinegun french I'm blasted with. Many languages sound faster then english to english speakers. your not going to find real tv programing for children or adults in any langue where they slow down and carefully enunciate every word except maybe Sesame Street.Rinko said:Isn't Shin-chan pretty much high in vocabulary.
They talk too fast as well. I watched couple of episodes before.

If you are unfamiliar, however, it could be very hard to understand like Saiki Kusuo
Grew up with english and puerto rican spanish. Learned latin through going to mass. Learned creole french from my wife. Picked up japanese on my own. So not counting english 4 fluent but I can read and write in nordic, hardik, celtic and saxon runes. Currently trying to learn to speak and write gaelic. I love languages and tracing them back to see where the connect.Rinko said:That's great.
What are the languages you have learned? I am only good with English but I am learning German.
