what do you think lol?
and i don't think they are too funny like anime made them out to be lol do you all feel the same?
 
There are some peeping tom scenes in City Hunter and it's funny for me, but in other anime it's not that funny.. like what Muten Roshi did or that little pervert guy in MHA

lol there are many
even sanji in one piece can be called like that and they think they are funny. but they are not and they are annoying.
