Anime with bad art and good story

Are there any anime that have crappie art and good story? Did you watch it just for the story?

i think i know many anime like that. some of them i had dropped solely because of the art. i really couldn't keep on watching it. many anime get dissed like that. many people wouldn't pick one piece for it's art.

All the old anime are like this now.
I don't like the really old art but the story is good in them.
