Anime, that were better than it's source material?

Are there any such anime out there?

Any anime which is better than its source material like manga or any other light novel?
 
Some of the comedies are more fun to actually watch than read, and I've noticed that more with yonkoma/4 panel manga where the anime can either add on to the gag, or it just being animated makes it funnier.
 
For me it's usually about the visual, like HxH and Attack on Titan. I never too fond of how anime adaptation change some things from the original material

I do agree with gag anime. I enjoyed watching Kyou Kara ore wa anime a lot when compared to the manga

Sometimes in anime you don't find cruel parts. I believe that's for the best

Angel recommended Kyou kara ore wa and Saiki kusuo to me.
They are not bad. Check them out.

Live action is always really bad and anime is the better option.
