Anime that don't have a story at all

Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan doesn't have an over-arching story. It's really episodic. And, I watched Hyouka a long time ago, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have an over-arching narrative too. Many gag anime I've seen don't have one. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is also one. I also love all these three anime.

Pretty much everything has a story, even a anime about nothing is a story in itself even if its not even good. Even hentais have story, poor or great as they can be.

There's still a story there, usually they default to a daily struggle of the main character enduring the other people in the episodic based series. Something might not come out of it, but relations usually are advanced which creates story.

i saw some manga with no plot. how sweet can a sugar daddy be, following namswoo to the bath house, don't have any story or plot. it's only sex and more sex. i dropped them both
