Anime sequels after a perfect ending

I did watched Dragon Ball Super. It was entertaining and dissapointing at the same time, so i got mixed feelings haha..

Macross and Saint Seiya series are good enough, but well.. they never actually end
 
can you write an ending for them?
i know your feelings about these two anime but i am just trying to understand this
 
Depends on the series, but usually if it was good I'll keep watching it, even if I know the story line is about to be shredded.

Saint Seiya.. i think the best ending is the world live peacefully after they defeat Zeus and the three deities (Zeus, Poseidon and Hades) agree to make treaty, maybe this would be how the author would truly end the series
For Macross, i don't really know how to end it because the timeline keep moving forward. The only way to end it is just.. make it end somewhere

second ending looks too vague
but i think i understand what you are saying and you should choose one series even in macross
 
I will try to come up with a better ending for vampire knight man.
It was too sad and immoral
 
If you are asking about shows that ended extremely well and had a sequel developed then Steins Gate 0. I didn't like it, at all and it was a complete waste of time.
But my biggest disappointment was Psycho Pass 2. The first season ended perfectly well but it had a great world setup with interesting characters and they completely blew it. Hopefully season 3 is somewhat good.

You haven't heard of Psycho Pass or that it's getting a third season? It's gonna air this month actually.

First there was a sequel movie to Season 3, then 3 anthology films called Sinners of the Systems and then this one. I'll probably watch those before checking it. At least the sequel movie. It's called Psycho Pass The Movie I believe.
