Anime Plots that are Strange

Some stories obviously have weird plots.  Can someone name some?  Do you think the strangeness makes them more interesting?  Do you think it makes the anime worse?
 
i think one piece plot is the strangest plot of all anime. it doesn't make much sense and most of the time, you feel like it's the same but can't help but watch it, unravel again and again.
 
i forgot the name.
but i have read something very recently and it's a bad horror for me
even the plot is very strange
 
JoJo's plot isn't strange but the characters and the fights are bizarre and insane. Kill la Kill and FLCL are pretty weird but they are digestible and you can get used to them pretty quickly.

don't you think it's strange to think a good looking man is so evil?
they can be arrogant but not downright evil like jojo

I mean it's an oft-used plot element that's been in place for hundreds of years in narratives so no it's not surprising.

i know many anime are like that but i am trying to say there are exceptions.
i think i understand it
