what's a perfect anime ending point for you?
for me a happily ever after is the perfect ending point. i don't want to see a tragedy at the end

Manga ending is good enough for me man.
I don't want any made up anime ending just to finish the series off.

manga ending point?
i never would have thought of that. you have some interesting ideas. what would you do if it's an ongoing manga?

Then it should be an ongoing anime man.
I don't understand an anime getting adapted from an ongoing manga

do you realize that most of the anime we have are adaptations from ongoing manga?
without them it's impossible to get decent anime very easily every season

I understand that man.
It's just my personal opinion and nothing more. You don't have to take it very seriously

Everything is good for me, good ending or bad ending are okay, but my favorite one is free intrepretation ending, where the last scene is not very clear, that kind of ending is classy to me

Some kind of a narrative stop that makes sense. Whatever arc is on-going should have all the threads resolved and the series should go into a narrative low, a sense of normalcy. I think most recent shounen anime that are seasonal do this well. They end the arc nicely, have an entire episode as an epilogue and then tease the next season or arc. My Hero Academia, Haikyuu, Demon Slayer all come to mind.
