I don't care much about them. If you think about it, merchandise is useless and you won't be using them for anything. I stream all the anime and I don't buy the disks

better quality on discs with extra content, plus I never have to worry about internet and I have had internet loss at times I watched my shows.

discs come with lot more besides ova, like episode commentary from makers, voice actors, plus it may have artwork, textless OPs and EDs and more depending on the series.
