whom can you think of for this list?
do you think there are too many such characters who don't know when to stop at all?
 
I don't think I can see too many characters
There aren't many such characters and I am sure they are a lot more different
 
Does Haruhi Suzumiya count as misschievous?

lol i think she does come under that
and i am not sure if it's shixumiya but i really like those words a lot. a whole lot

She is at the top of her game
I haven't watched that series completely and I need to pick it up sometime.
