sometimes it is too funny sticking up all over the place and it's not even natural to look at.
it's like a lump on the head. it's the most uninteresting part of an anime character
 
If is very difficult to animate all the hair strands and anime in general wouldn't have that sort of budget.
Some  anime does have great animation
 
i get that but it's always bad.
hair is like an identity in anime and because of the color, we know who is who in anime.
i don't like it but it's not practical to expect much more with their limited budget
 
I find it interesting in how they try and get it animated. Even funnier with people trying to perfectly cosplay it.
 
It is good to see different hair and it never bothered me. You can't expect an animation to be very life like and after what I have seen, there is nothing to complain about the hair.
 
that's true
but still blue hair and eyebrows? usually people normally don't dye their eyelashes and eyebrows lol
