is there an anime character like that?
i don't think so lol and most probably we would be talking about initial impressions before their inevitable change.

they are all just monsters and yeah they won't be able to understand human emotions and that's how they are designed and i meant normal humans, not understanding human emotions lol

Yup. And there are many such anime/manga that has cruel gore scenes.
