Anime and their soundtrack

Sometimes.. anime have ending song that have nothing to do with the anime. I wonder why is this happen..

One example.. i love ending song of Dragon Ball GT, Don't You See! From Zard. I check on English translation of the song, it's clearly a love song! I mean.. there's nothing to do with Dragon Ball, even the theme is totally not match, romance and action

Try check this out, this is Don't You See! With English translation, good luck with finding it's corelation with Dragon Ball GT haha..
