Angels in Shingeki no bahamut genesis

Is it me or all the angels Shingeki no bahamut genesis are female? I have never heard Michael, Gabriel, Uriel...as female angels.
I find it funny and amusing at the same time.

angels don't have gender or even if they do have one, you could always change it as you want. if you are watching anime for a long time then you could see that makers try to mess with many things they even use country names
