i think titan is more terrifying only because it's too big and dumb.
it can kill us and it only runs on primal instincts of survival

I haven't seen the yoma and the other thing but titans are pretty grotesque looking

They are all really, just depends on its look as there are some series that really go out of their way to make them scary and others cute.

Well, I would say all the three options are equally bad. I am not so sure if anyone could survive them, assuming that is a normal civilian.
Yoma might be just bad even when compared to the other two

Yes and those abyssal creatures are just human turned to yoma.
I am not so sure whether I would include them as just Yoma from the start
