About mainstream shonen.. (well, not a critique)

Mainstream shonen like to bring up the theme of goal, dream, never give up, promise, friendship, unity and thing like this

I mean.. almost most of them bring this theme up and it almost looks like standard formula to me. So.. what do you think about this theme? And why they use it so much? Or do you have any opinion about it?

It's to give some moral education to the watcher.
The target audience is rather young for this genre, when compared to other genres

Well yes that makes sense but all of them bring up this theme, they need variation. Like.. Attack on Titan maybe? If my memory correct.. they are not bringing this theme too obviously

Hm.. so different publisher different theme right? Well i'll investigate this further, it's interesting
More specifically magazine, but basically. I got tired of a lot of Jump battle manga where they waste so much time in the fight just explaining their attacks, then you go and read A Certain Scientific Railgun, which is from a different publisher, and they just go straight into fighting.
