I really want to know a good ammount of Japanese before I ever travel to Japan. It's important to know a bit of a country's language when visiting I think. And I feel like especially in Japan, you'll miss out on so much if you don't speak the language.

Eizouken is my favourite of this year, but because this year was a bit underwhelming, I've gone back and watched shows on my PTW.

Cumin and Garam masala (separately to achieve different effects, but yes I'm aware garam masala contains cumin). Tasty with 'blander' food like couscous or roasted veggies.
