Just because you didn't know it was wrong doesn't changed the fact that you harmed others . It still has to be made right and if the one that caused the harm doesn't make right themselves they will never truly learn that there are consequences for their actions.

Anime filmed in full 360 VR would be cool but how would you watch it without missing what's happening behind you? Because of that I don't think you could do a full 360 VR and would have to go with a 180 aspect ratio. But I could be wrong maybe people would like the immersive feel of a full 360...

Depends on the disability and how they portray it. Having been disabled for most of my life I tend to have less patience for those who use their disability as a crutch or as an excuse for them to act like total assholes.
