Talk to my sister. Try to talk to my guild mates. Draw, Listen to music. I try to do things that I know will pull me back out of my funk. Sometimes it can take days or even weeks but you just gotta fake it till you make it as they say.
My ADHD and OCD tendencies tend to bother people and surprisingly few people are willing to work with them or my physical disabilities I'm legally blind and have Cerebral palsy in my legs.
