If you greet people like Hi name.. In a text message at a professional capacity, and if they were to reply saying 'yes name' or just answer whatever you wanted to know without any greeting or reply with a simple 'hi' without your name... Would you get mad?

May be Royal mail for me. It's a bit expensive compared to Evri, Inpost, yodel... so far I haven't had any issues with it and even the delivery personnel are usually very polite ^^ What about you minasan?
