i am a large black woman and i don't want people to judge me first based on the looks alone.
do we have any website or forum where the photos and number are not needed right away? i have tried bumble,okcupid, pof, tinder but everything needs the above details from me.
i want to look for a partner for myself and for my niece too

Have you tried Reddit? There are numerous dating subreddits, such as r/r4r, where people can place dating ads without requiring any photos. Just google "reddit dating subs" and you will find numerous.

Subs are like... facebook groups, but they don't require photos.
