I think a good number of anime have the opposite, they have characters that look much younger lol. I do think a good number of characters from Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh looked a bit older than they were. For example, I think Brock was 15 but he looks like he's in his early 20's. Misty I believe is supposed to be 10? She looks like she's 16.
