Do you still have patience to watch filler episodes?

No way.
I am way past the time of wasting my time watching characters do stupid things to entertain us.
 
"Filler" episodes are every bit as important as the "story" episodes. Episodes you refer to as "filler" are used to establish the characters relationships with each other and their personalities. So these episodes are extremely important, and are often way more interesting than the "story" episodes.

Most of the time, it's just going to a beach and it's part of the fan service
