Prompt removal?

Why do we need the cookies prompt?
When I clear out my cache, I have been asked to provide consent again and again
 
There should be something wrong with your account or the device. I am not getting any prompt after clearing my cache.
 
I haven't tried it in a while, so I don't know for sure if it is a MAF thing.
Based on what Rika said, I would suggest you try repeating the same steps with a different browser as it could be the navigator the one prompting.
 
Hope the above solutions resolved your issue.
It's safe to use prompt to let the users know how their browsing data is being used for every website.

It's still the same. If it's just me, then ignore this.

Also, are you using a computer or the phone? Trying in both can also help see if it is the site.
